รายละเอียด
1.Develop strategic plans for sugarcane cultivation, harvesting, and logistics to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
2.Promote sustainable farming practices and drive productivity improvements.
3.Collaborate with factory management to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and foster innovation.
4.Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align production with market trends and customer needs.
5.Define pricing strategies, product portfolios, and market expansion plans.
6.Lead ESG and BCG (Bio-Circular-Green) initiatives across the value chain.
7.Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and investment projects.
8.Perform additional assignments and strategic duties as delegated by the executive leadership team.
คุณสมบัติ
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial role related to strategic planning or corporate development
- Strong knowledge in corporate strategic planning, strategic analysis, project management, change management, and business risk management
- Good understanding of business functions and industry dynamics
- Excellent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Confident in delivering presentations and communicating with executive-level stakeholders
- Hands-on, action-oriented mindset with a high level of accountability in project execution
- Demonstrated ability to act as a change agent and drive transformation initiatives
- Eager to learn, open to change, and committed to continuous personal and professional development
