INGREDIENT

Sticky rice flour 200 grams
Matcha green tea powder 2 teaspoons
Water 300 grams
LIN Crystal Clear Pure Refined Sugar 100 grams
Red bean paste 400 grams
Corn flour use in kneading process to prevent sticking.


HOW TO MAKE IT

1. Mold red bean filling into a small.
2. Dissolve sugar in a warm water. Set aside to cool down. Then pour it into cassava flour and mix well until it combined.
3. Set on heat and stir until the color of mochi change from white to almost translucent.
4. Dust the cooked mochi with corn flour and divided into small pieces. Press each piece into a thin disc. Add filling and pleat the buns until they’re closed on the bottom. Dust the surface with corn flour then transfer the Daifuku on top
