This menu is modified from Kuay Teaw Lui Suan or Noodle Lui Suan by using rice sheet instead of rice noodle. Highlights • Low calorie and healthy • Local ingredients (Easily to find) • Don’t need to use oven Tools • Blender or Mortar

INGREDIENT

Fresh Vegetable Rice Sheet Rolls Ingredients
1. Rice Sheet
2. Vegetables including lettuce, sweet basil leaf, peppermint leaf, parsley and shredded carrot
3. Steamed pork sausage, crab stick sliced and chunk tuna

Sauce Ingredient
1. Green long pepper 4 pieces
2. Green bird chilli 4 pieces
3. Large clove garlic 4 cloves
4. Coriander root 1 root
5. Lime juice 6 tablespoons
6. Fish sauce 5 tablespoons
7. LIN coconut palm sugar 3 tablespoons


HOW TO MAKE IT

Fresh Vegetable Rice Sheet Rolls Ingredients
1. Dip a rice sheet in water, stand for 20 to 30 seconds until soft enough to roll without splitting then put it on a flat surface.
2. Place vegetables on the rice sheet starting with lettuce followed by parsley, sweet basil leaf, shredded carrot, steamed pork sausage and peppermint respectively. Fold in ends. Roll up firmly to enclose filling.
3. Cut into section and serve with sauce.

Sauce Ingredient
1. Chop green long pepper, green bird chilli, large clove garlic and coriander root into small pieces.
2. Put all ingredients in the blender and blend it until well mix.
