INGREDIENT

Cake flour 2 tablespoons
Baking ¼ teaspoon
Cocoa powder 2 tablespoons
Instant coffee powder ¼ teaspoon
Egg 1 egg
LIN Natural Gold Sugar 2 ½ tablespoons
Salt 1 pitch
Milk 2 ½ tablespoons
Rice bran oil 2 tablespoons
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Chocolate chips 3-4 pieces
LIN icing sugar for topping.


HOW TO MAKE IT

1. Mix flour, baking soda, cocoa powder and instant coffee powder together.
2. Whisk egg whites and sugar until firm peaks form. Then add salt.
3. Pour mixture 1 into mixture 2 and stir to combine. Add milk, oil, chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
4. Grease mold with oil. Pour the batter into the mold. Microwave at 800 W for 1 minute.
5. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Serve with cream or fresh fruit.
